It's not in the cg collection. This is probably a scene from the game using the nude character model code that you can get from Waffle if you type in your game id.

Unfortunately, hardly anyone has scanned any pictures of the character models for Kyonyuu Majo, nude or otherwise.

Aren't these the same girls from Vampire vol 2 but with different hair colors? The blonde is the main character but with pink hair, the sister has blonde hair, the maid has green hair, and the nun has brown hair. I mean they look exactly the same.
