I really don't understand the concern of most parents, for one this picture is censored towards where the baby is practically anonymous, and second off there's sick people everywhere on the internet.
You also got to remember all the parents who post their babies and pictures of children on social websites like facebook with unconcealed identities and to even some can be quite erotic.
You honestly think there aren't any sick people elsewhere? even in real life?

I see no way how this image can inflict harm to this child's life; there's alot bigger threats in the real world.
