Anon 2, the one you're talking about was a modified version they made later to cover up her breasts. Her actual in-game sprite had her breasts in full view (not that you could tell all that well due to it being a small sprite and all) and the original artwork had her breasts exposed.

When they originally brought over the game, they took the easy way out by just cropping her picture just a bit above her nipples to avoid showing them.

I can also confirm that yes indeed succubus has her big beautiful tits in full view in the official art. Whats more if you can actually dig up the full body images and concept art for her she is also completely exposed downstairs and sports a rather impressive red bush. And as if that weren't enough for her to make you happy, her sprite sheet never censored either of these details in the US release due to the absurd number of frames she possessed. I know this because I shamelessly faped to her many times in my youth and still remember her fondly.
