I liked Dawn out of the all the girls. She was pretty much even out and showed actual attraction to Ash.

Misty was too bossy and like an older sister.
May had already a stalker.
And Iris was just out of it.

Even out isn't the word I would exactly use....she gets down pretty easily if she loses a battle/contest and goes into quiet the emo mood.
