She's squigly. one of the first 2 dlc characters for the game. The other is umbrella.

Wrong. She's Leviathan. She's shown in Double's Blockbuster as an attack.

She's a upcoming DLC character- IF they get the funding, which is going to start a fundraiser on Feb 25th.
I hope we get her, looking at the ideas for her she'd be fun to play as
