This actually reminds me of Evangelion, because of the face-wrappings and teeth with eyes still visible. That said, shouldn't more talismans sealing her power make her LESS monstrous? Maybe having her power so much sealed has made her need to feed that much more-- and she's still highly dangerous to humans without powers, making her a promising hunting dog.
