No. It's normal for pixiv not to load images when you click a direct link to them.

To view the image on pixiv, do the following:

1. Look at the bottom of the panel on the left side of the image and click "Similar" under "Related Posts"
2. Find the version on Danbooru and click the thumbnail to go to the post page on Danbooru.
3. Click the source link on Danbooru. Danbooru automatically converts the direct link into a link to the post page.
