The Metroid Prime thing isn't really a spoiler if you played through MP1, but especially if you got the 100% ending. And if you didn't figure it out then, you would have upon completing Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, where it's a dead giveaway. Even the title gives it away; why else would they have kept it as "Metroid Prime"?
