I'm a Nihonophile myself, but Anon1079565 has their head up their ass if they think only Japanese artists are good artists. They should check out Japanese art during the same time as Rembrandt. Rude awakening.

Can you read? He never said this was bad. He was applying to the first comment which says that "the face seems off", which is a completely legitimate point to bring up on a site that hosts images. His response was that it makes sense that the face would be off, since the source material is done by a Japanese artist in a Japanese, anime style, both of which are missing in this artist's work. The top comments are not "weeabooish" at all. Everyone just completely misinterpreted what they were saying.
