Not really, Anon 2.

Depending on the transliteration, both "Tsugimi" and "Tugumi" are correct. Although, had the latter been chosen, you'd think that Shu's name would be "Syu" on the screen instead (as the same transliteration that allows "Tugumi" to happen also changes "sh" to "sy"), so the author probably went for a non-standard one.
