Anonymous 2, the guy in the bottom panel did show up in the anime, but it was not the main anime, and the 2nd one from the top trainer actually appeared briefly at the intro of one of the movies but that hardly counts.

@1074254 You forgot that Hibiki had an entire Special dedicated to him, and they are considered some of the best episodes the anime ever had.

We need more Specials like Legend of Thunder.

Kouki and Yuuki appeared in intros, Kenta-Hibiki reappeared in a movie intro with his HGSS clothes, and Red is basically Ash (yes, blah blah Red is amazing as is not Ash blah blah rage rage).
