I don't think this particular character is a crossdresser. No balls (As far as I can tell), and also does seem to have very small breasts

This version is lower quality, and has been downscaled from the artist's original version, while BlueBaroness' version is the artist's original version. Time of upload only counts on images with equal image quality.
