Are the female public toilets really like that over there? Are they really made to squat over a ditch in the ground to potty?? What sick twist thought this is a good idea??? What do the elderly do? sit on the ditch because their knees no longer have the ability to bend without snapping like peanut brittle???

I voted your comment back up because, well... you raise valid points, even if they are wrong. The toilets are like that. This is a good thing. Our bodies, especially female bodies, are designed to best expel waste of any sort when squatting. Quite frankly, it is a sick and twisted idea to sit on a chair to use the potty. It's terrible on your insides. As for the elderly... I am not sure. But I know I've seen some of these toilets with bars to the side.

well, we have such a toilet at home. and it's much more compfortable than a regular one where you sit on it.

We have toilets like that here. They work like a stall. You walk in, squat, do your business. Some flush, some are dry toilets. You don't have to squat - there are leg places for you to put your legs on opposite sides of the toilet, then you just let go. I'm guessing that's what the elderly would do - no need to squat.
Love this whole series, btw! So hot!
