That's not a Mosin Nagant. It's an Arisaka. Type 99 as far as I can tell.
The front sight, rear of bolt, and front enf of the stock are dead giveaways.

^ True. Got a Mosin-Nagant myself. Bolt handle is straight. That one's is bent. Pretty friggin' similar though...

Biggest/most obvious difference is, while sniperized Mosins would have curved bolts, you can't see the internal magazine of the Arisaka from the side, like you can with a Mosin.
