The VN tries it hardest to hide whether she's wear 'em or not. It just leaves us all to think that she's just going commando or... if you want to think about it more deeply... we mostly see things in Fuminori's POV, so for "Saya", its a girl (Age < 14, 15 maybe) with a white dress. But in actuality, she's just a bundle of meat with NO clothes.
