stop fighting it link just take it. then commit suiscide so the toxins released by the death of your cells kills the eggs and you can respawn

That's pretty much all you can do. Better to jump off a cliff than suffer the agony of having these things eat their way out of you once they hatch.

I don't think parasitic wasps sexually assault their victims when they lay their eggs in them. They just implant the eggs into the victim's flesh.
So instead, it could be like this:

The female lays her eggs in Link's bowels to incubate them, then the male comes along and fucks him to fertilize the eggs (if they haven't already been fertilized) and seal them inside with sticky semen, which dissolves over time. Then they let Link go free so that the eggs will hatch somewhere far away, spreading out the Tektite population. He limps/waddles away with a bloated belly from having his his large intestine stuffed with Tektite eggs. The eggs absorb leftover nutrients from what would normally have formed fecal matter (this means that during the incubation period, he won't have to worry about taking a dump). Eventually, the eggs hatch, and the Tektite larvae crawl out of Link and inhabit the nearest body of water.

...I've gotta write a fanfiction about this!

To be perfectly fair, it could be neither male or female. There are plenty of species that don't follow our di-sexual anatomy. It's very possible they form and fertilize the eggs themselves, then find a host to lay them in, making them hermaphroditic. I find that significantly more likely than this being a female, laying the eggs in Link, and then a male comes along to fertilize them later.
