Nope. Original uploader on Danbooru tagged Remilia as Flandre. Someone else fixed it on Danbooru, but they did it in two edits: first +remilia_scarlet, and then -flandre_scarlet. The Danbooru importer managed to catch the file RIGHT between those two tag edits, so we ended up with both tags.
