Well might be my imagination, but, maybe someone who actually knows will be able to define better... isnt this image lackin the gender swap tag ? for me the lighter traces on face and bigger and rounder eyes indicates so, and the less probably but to me, the leg also is a bit smooth looking, might the artist but...
