the majority of artists usually use a contrasting concept as "background", in order to make the object of their art more remarkable. White figures over black background. Gunshots and death over a peaceful town/forest. Inoccent slender cute loli WITH a Dirty, fat ugly man. Also if you notice, on average, the lolis are wearing the "opposite" set of colors as their backgrounds/molesters.
