It's Steyr AUG High Cycle, doesn't know if this variant exist. But an airsoft company called Tokyo Marui makes their AUG with this design so probably the company made it.

Nope, it actually exists, it's just an conversion kit from 7.62x51mm to 9x19mm consisting of barrel and mag housing. BTW: It's an AUG A3.
