The sign she's holding says "No fall-off in business." It's a complex pun. 商い中, pronounced "akinai-chuu" means "Now open for business". The sign substitutes 商い with 春夏冬, or spring-summer-winter—i.e., no autumn or "aki (ga) nai" /秋(が)ない.
