At this part in the episode, it was a Male on Female (The person on the top is not a Futa, it's a normal guy) and the sandal pushing down on him is the Ghost Girl. (In some parts in the show she's a Futa, and some parts she's full female. At this part, no Futa part of her was shown).

This was Episode 1.
