It's Implied in this ending that she Keeps Cecil as a lover/pet to snuggle because she thinks shes cute when she holds onto her for warmth and comfort when seduced. Thoguh it still says no one knows what has happened to her.

Other ending she eats you using a pocket thing in her stomach area for being an idiot and attacking at bad times.

Charybdis is a monster from Greek mythology, the daughter of Poseidon if memory serves me right. Charybdis sucked in a lot of water every day, thus causing low tide. Charybdis and Scylla are located in the Strait of Messina. The game parodies/refers to both these monsters as Cecil crosses the place with a ship and is attacked by both of them.
