Actually, Rukia responds to Ichigo calling her a kid or brat in the beginning of the Manga by saying she is 50 times his age and with him being 15/16 at the beginning which means she is around 150-160 years old.

If you really want to debate the point, she says 'more than 50 times', my guess is she's around 200.
