@lagun No, it was the posion used in the Rune Terra Wars. Singed only used it to kill off the Ionian forces but after he saw what it did to both armies so he decided it would be too deadly for him to use it because he couldn't take the risk of it killing him.

I somehow doubt Singed actually did a flying leap over the battlefield to deliver the chemical weapon, but a nice lore-related image nonetheless.
