its because the wrists are connected to the pulley which is connected to throat. the harder they pull, the more they choke

I don't think they are choking. The collars look like stiff leather, like they're linked to the ropes. I think they're nor struggling to get up - they're struggling to get down further to get that dildo inside them. If they move their body up, they relieve the pressure on both their arms and their neck, but they get no stimulation.

If you look at the ropes, each attachment - two wrists and neck - are hanging from pulleys, but those pulleys are not connected. The movement of their neck and wrists do not appear to be connected.

They're connected. The rope attached to the collars is just to ensure that the petition remains perfect, but the two of them are connected via the rig so that when one pulls down...the other goes up. Right now, Altera is just starting to pull down, which is why her breasts are being forced upward due to the intensity of her tug downward whereas Elezen is being lifted up off the toy, hence why her tits are all over the place and she's in a state of euphoria.

Or so that's my theory...
