The guy who comes up with these BOF designs really inspires a lot of characters - the style of BOF V especially. Nina from BOF IV was really something with her gold hair and cyan outfit.

It's weird because there's always something 'off' about his designs. Like, Nina's dark stockings were a pretty bad match against the cyan, her sleeves were just goofy, and her outfit looks like a bunch of sheets. Lina took the basic concepts in a better direction.
