@ Anon - tags are on the right, blue is basic tags, purple is origin, green is characters, red is artist.
Basically this is from Touhou, a 2D vertical shooter with 3D background, made by a Japanese guy that goes by ZUN. The games are danmaku shooters (bullet hell) in which the characters are all female (over 100 and like 4 male).
If you're looking for something in particular, if it has a space in it's name originally, search for it like long_hair (with the underscore)
