It's the cover to an upcoming futanari themed doujinshi anthology. Note the list of names on the lower left. Uno Makoto is one artist, but there's a lot more.

Judging by the other preview pages on pixiv that list the artists, assuming the numbers next to each one are page numbers, Uno Makoto only has 5 pages in the book unfortunately. Still, most of the other artists only have 2, so I guess it's better than nothing. (Wish AskRay also had more than 2 pages though!)
