It's tagged with two trap tags by the artist, the standard (男の娘) and a rarely used tag describing a 'Big Sister' trap (男姉ちゃん). So, that's the only confirmation that's needed.

I do KIND OF see a bulge, but it is very miniscule. However, if you wanted to get technical about things, she* could still be a trap wearing breast forms and a gaff.
* In case you dont know me, I believe that if its a person trying to be female (crossdressing), and they are completely passable, then they are a 'she.' I dont care if it is really a 'he,' it looks like a 'she' and therefore I call it a 'she.'

All the points you made are valid, and I upvoted you for it, but there are ways traps can convincingly hide their junk. It's possible to push the testes back up into the pelvic cavity, and if combined with a tightly tucked and taped penis, it can be almost impossible to tell them from a girl.

Just for the record, I was ding a "trap" search on Pixiv and this image came up, so BlueBaroness is not wrong about the artist tagging this as a trap.
So, despite a hard-to-see bulge and having breasts- and ignoring gaffing/taping and breast forms (although I agree with this explanation for this pic)- this image MUST be tagged with "Trap" simply because the artist says so. Generally, if the artist says so, then it is true. (The artist could basically say this is Cookie Monster and it should then be tagged as so, LOL).
