the game only sold good for one week, but didn't surpass the expectation of the sales chart. DMC HD collection sold better than this DmC reboot. That would send a message to ca$hcom that they don't need to change anything, they just need to do a sequel or have a prequel with Sparda as the lead.

hopefully, now that dragons dogma and RE6 are out of the way, kobayash and itsuno (creators of DMC3/4) can start working on Devil May Cry 5.
I mean, the only reason why DmC exist is because original devs were busy working on something else. (this is what happens Capcom when you devs decide to leave, because you are a bunch of idiots along with your business practices)

unfortunately aniami, dragons dogma is one of the few titles capcom have right now which is making them the kind of money they want, (before they're usual bullshit.) so word is it's getting DLC and/or an updated release. then going straight into a sequel. so expect all parts involved be be busy for a wile.

Do you know the Vergil when he was under the guise as "Gilver"? He was a sociopath and doesn't care about honor. He even used a gun. It's from the Devil May Cry novel written by Shinya Goikeda and with the help of Hideki Kamiya.
