^ Look closely. You can see her nipples, and, if you look at the exposed armpit and torso area, you can see that there's no band from the bra there. Even if she was wearing one of those sticky, backless bras, some of it would still be showing.
That, and it's such a tight swimsuit that you can see her navel, so she's got no secrets (like a bra) here.
