This is a nice nude study, except they over-detailed the face so it stands out anime'ishly. Not saying that's good or bad. It's subjective. But the rest is well done. I'd like to think the artist did this by hand, either actual pastels or on the computer with manual brush. But it could just be a regualr art pic crammed through some photoshop filters. *sigh* It's both cool and sad that something which used to take tons of talent and a good eye can get condensed down into a filter in photoshop.
