That is not an MP5K. The K stands for Kurtz, which is a model with no buttstok and a very short barrel and a vertical grip at the fore end. This is another MP5 model. Or possibly even a HK G53 model, but it is a bit hard to say.

HK53 is essentially an HK33, the 5.56 little sister of the full powered HK G3 Battle rifle that was cut down even further to make a compact rifle with sub machine gun handling characteristics but firing the more powerful 5.56 rifle cartridge.

What is shown above is indeed an MP5 however, an A2 variant likely judging by the fact that it has a fixed stock and fires in full auto.
