Noire's dad is Gregor. It says their father above their heads (besides Lucina's for obvious reasons)

It uses the moon names for them, though, some character's names were changed drastically.

If you press Original Image, the image gets upscaled and you can clearly see that they all have their father's name next to them.

We have Stahl!Laurent, Libra!Severa, Gregor!Noire, Chrom!Inigo, Gaius!Owain, Frederick!Cynthia, Ricken!Brady, Lon'qu!Kjelle, Henry!Gerome, Virion!Yarne, and Donnel!Nah.
