The fact that "shirt" is put before "naked" gets the point accross. How do you expect to search for something as specific as girls who are nude besides a shirt? Girl_Wearing_Nothing_But_Shirt tag?

Because that's fricking long is why not. You would have to remember the exact phrasing of the tag. Naked_shirt is good, as well as naked_apron, naked_towel, naked_coat. It's easy to remember.
