Unless I'm mistaken there really isn't one. Best I can come up with is, Lulu wanders around in the wilderness by herself, and that's where Nidalee is from... Just enjoy it for what it is =)

yeah according to some fact-fic i just now made up

lulu should know nid and udyr due to the fact they are in the wilderness. it could be likely that lulu met kog maw (in my mind) due to the fact he just ate everything and i assume that he also wanderd into the wilderness. when lulu was young according to her lore she lived in bandle city but left it for 100's of years after she noticed this she came back trying to reconnect with people by helping the children with hide and seek so it is very possible that she was playing with the young teemo, trist and poppy.
