If I remember well enough, when Starscream received his new color scheme (upon Powerlinx combination with his minicon Swindle) he noted to himself that he resembled Thundercracker.

Yes, this was one of the rarer Starscreams, one with honor. But the Thundercracker tag would still work here (even if this is Starscream powered up).
