I have to be picky and just say - The shield doesn't have Phase Shift so it should all be coloured and not have the electricity.

I never understood why the Gundams lost their colors when Phase Shift was inactive. Sure, it looked cool when they turned the Phase Shift on, but there is no reason they would be all black and white when Phase Shift is off...
