Explanation: In the anime, Ataru had to play tag with her in order to save Earth from invasion, but she always electrocuted him when he got close. With a Wile E. Coyote suction-cup/vacuum contraption, he pulled her top off from a distance and tagged her as she chased after her bikini. Then the rest of the anime happened.
