It's U.S. name is Darkstalkers, it's Japan name is Vampire. It's a fighting game involving monster people. It's got a lot of cute monster girls for guys and hunky monster men for the ladies, so yeah it's kind of fan servicey.

It also has a four episode OVA which has Felicia (cat girl in pic). It was made around 199? but the animation is ok.

We need a new DS anime with this Felicia design and Lilith.
