personally, i don't think this is quadruple amputee, as that implies limbs removed. i think this is a Cast who's still being built, hence she hasnt had limbs yet.

but, i'm not gonna argue it, since a mod or gardener might know for sure.

Tags are supposed to help people find images they are interested in. This is definitely relevant to a person searching for a quadruple amputee. Therefore your argument is invalid. Also, take into account the lack of any other suitable tag to describe what you see here.

Here's a simple way of looking at it:

What does the tag "quadruple_amputee" imply? That a person has no arms or legs.

Does the girl in this image have arms or legs where she ought to have them? No.

Are the arms and legs missing? Yes.

Is the tag definition met? Yes.

Should it have the tag? Yeah, it should.

Also, Harry is right, this is probably relevant to people who would be looking for that sort of thing.
