Yeah. You can see the outline of the toilet the artist is letting us see through. I think she had to go really badly, barged in, tried to shove him out and get onto it herself, but it was too late.

We need both! I love the idea that since they're twins, they'd both have to go at the same time, reach the door, and three seconds of trying to push past each other later, they're both peeing their pants uncontrollably and holding onto each other with tears in their eyes. (And then shower together, neither realizing they still had to go until they heard and felt the water. At least they're in the shower the *second* time in an hour that they end up peeing themselves.)
(Also, they'd still share a bed, either twincest or simply being so close that they never "outgrew" wanting to share from when they were little and they just don't care who'd see it as strange. When the bed is wet they don't bother asking who because as often as not it was both of them.)
