How is it yaoi if there is but one man present?
I mean, if you're a guy looking at this with him looking back, it could be >imminent< yaoi for you, considering who this is, but....
We don't tag like that.
Unrelated but on topic, I wonder... are girls safe from this titan, then?

^ You're the idiot. According to the tag wiki entry for yaoi, it is...
"Any art depicting romantic or sexual interaction between two or more men with each other. Even if the number of males is greater, it is not considered yaoi if any women are directly involved in the romantic/sexual acts, regardless of whether or not they are completely in view. Pictures like that should be tagged as "bisexual" instead.
Note that this tag should not be used in solo pics unless a gay context can be proven."
Note the key phrases, (capitalized for your convenience): "TWO OR MORE MEN" and "THIS TAG SHOULD NOT BE USED IN SOLO IMAGES UNLESS A GAY CONTEXT CAN BE PROVEN."
Do you see a "gay context"? How about any disembodied penises? No? Then it's not yaoi.
It doesn't matter if he's a gay man from a yaoi manga, a straight man from a shounen manga, or whatever. He's alone, there's nothing to suggest homoeroticism, so it is not and never will be yaoi.
Learn to tag, and try reading relevant tag wikis before your talk out your ass and insult the intelligence of people who are correct in their statements.
