There are 4 CG sets all forming a time progression story of a series called "Me and Little Sister's Day" (rough translation). Each CG set share this name, but includes the time of day as follows: (morning), (before noon) and (afternoon).

The final CG set is an omake (bonus) with the same title with (10 years later) as part of the title, the posts Jerl linked to with the girl amputated is from this omake set.
