Without primal-queen modifications this could be a fair fight. Background information stated that Nova's Psi score is 10, same as Kerrigans(When she was human). After she was infested it went to 12, and her deinfestation her score was lowered to 11.

And before you ask, after becoming primal queen of blades, she broke the scale.
