Pull it down, skirts look stupid when they're pulled up and you see that kind of crap everywhere, unfortunately. This girls ass looks actually pretty fine even with the skirt on.

It would be really good in color. But, I agree with hrxhrx, pulled up skirts have long since lost their allure. Pulling it down, or not changing it at all would be the best option.
