To make the scenes seem more intense and insane. The sheer amount of rape being unleashed is pretty crazy.

Part of it is to give the sense of intensity and insanity like Proteus said, I think the other part of it is to help with the censoring some, by not showing all the stuff that is going on around her at any point in time.
