You can't get pregnant with any other animal than a human. This, however, doesn't mean you can't get fertilised by a dog for example. It's just that the fertilised egg will die after not knowing what the hell to do with dog DNA.

After multiple years of mating your body will get so used to this phenomenon that it will actually think it's pregnant - producing the enzymes detected by pregnancy tests and often letting you avoid menstruation.
