Yes, Anon3, it is very possible given that a man has sufficient enough mammary cells to produce milk, though not all men do, many do. It's been documented. Transsexual male-to-females often lactate because of the hormone treatments they take, though hormone treatments aren't necessarily required to get it started, they just help trigger it more easily. You have to understand though, it takes a lot of regular stimulation and the right mindset even for a woman who isn't pregnant to start lactating.
